Mission statement

St Clements Surgery strives to deliver a high quality of care to our local community in a safe, friendly and caring environment.  To ensure we are always learning, we communicate regularly both within our practice and with our governing bodies.  We endeavor to deliver up to date services, to provide you and your family with the best possible care we can.

We aim to:

  • Act as your advocate and guide you through our health care services
  • Discuss available treatments and refer you on to other experts where necessary
  • Keep our patients and staff safe
  • Keep up to date with developments in health care by continuing to learn
  • Maintain confidentiality in what we discuss and the records we keep on your behalf
  • Treat everyone with respect and courtesy at all times

In return we ask you to:

  • Be respectful to all staff
  • Communicate any suggestions, compliments or concerns to a member of our team
  • Keep your appointment and/or let us know as soon as possible if you cannot attend
  • Only use urgent out of hours services for urgent conditions which can’t wait until the next day or over the weekend
