In the meantime we ask for your patience and any queries,

please contact Sarah Roberts, Practice Manager

Removal of our online prescription form.

Orders to now go through Patient Access online.

The NHS is currently under great strain in terms of workload, workforce and financial constraints. General Practice is working harder than ever before and we’re still expected to do more!

If you complete our online prescription form, a member of staff prints the request off and keys the information onto our clinical system. If you order through Patient Access or the new NHS App, no printing is required and your request uploads directly onto EMIS, our clinical system. Patient Access & the NHS App also allows you to book appointments online, view your medication history, allergies, immunisations, change your personal details and view blood test results.

If you haven't already done so please register for Patient Access today (see the Home page for more details) or download the NHS App on your smart phone. We will be switching off our surgery online prescription form on the 30th November 2019. Should you experience any problems, please don't hesitate to contact reception on 01962 852211, option 1.
